Often called the ‘Pride of London’ by loyal Lillywhites fans, Spurs have been a permanent fixture in England’s top divisions for more than a century. They won the First Division title in 1950/51 and 1960/61 and have an incredible eight FA Cups to their name.
Not content on just domestic glory, Spurs also have European titles in their trophy cabinet including the 1962/63 UEFA Cup Winners Cup and two UEFA Cups in 1971/72 and 1983/84.
Spurs were founded in 1882 and won their first FA Cup in 1901, making them the only non-league club to do so since the formation of the football league in 1888.
The club’s motto is ‘Audere est Facere’ – To Dare is to Do.
